Editorial Reviews

Review

Younker's dishes are not imitations but real food.... Cassoulet or Chocolate Coffee Tiramisu hardly sounds like a diet regimen. (Claudia Kousoulas Cookbook Digest 200606)

Will help you put delicious meals on the table while helping to manage the disease. (Healthy Cooking )

This review is from: America's Complete Diabetes Cookbook (Paperback)
The recipes in this cookbook look delicious if somewhat complicated. I haven't had the book long enough to try them. However, one very important piece of information is missing from these recipes; serving size. I'm sure that there are programs which show this. In fact, I'm so disappointed that I would be willing to pay for a list of portions so that I might add this information to my favorite recipes.
