A Fun and Healthy Book for Parents and Kids!,

If you are looking for fun and easy to make smoothie recipes this book does not disappoint. It is easy to read and will be helpful for kids as well as adults. There are a number of books out here on smoothie recipes, but this book offers something extra--it explains how to make a smoothie the right way. If you have ever made a smoothie and had it go wrong you need to read this chapter. In it you will learn the secret to making a perfect smoothie every time. I never knew !
