We bought this video after viewing Choo Choo Christmas. This one is even better, minus the snow...almost an hour and a half of excellent footage, sounds and all! My 5 year old is really into steam trains, not so much diesel engines, and this was perfect for him. Nice footage inside the cab, filling up at old water towers, coal hoppers and even turn-table in action. One of our favorites was the old beautifully restored wood burning engine! We didn't have the problem of the disc not playing like the other reviewer, and we are Region 1 (in the US). Thanks for a superb video!

BEWARE. Your DVD player may not play this DVD. The package and disc say NOTHING about the format or region, other than that it is DVD Video. My standard DVD-Video NTSC region 1, All, 1-3-4 DVD player (Panasonic DVD-RV31) returns an HD5 ERROR trying to read the disc and says "NO PLAY". The Panasonic manual says it is an unsupported format. My Memorex PC DVD player/recorder says the same thing trying to use Power DVD 5. Windows Media Player won't play it either
