I was treated with very strong antibiotics a couple months ago. Result -enterocolitis. As a nursing student I knew that antibiotics are not selective and kill good intestinal microflora,too, while fighting with bad "bugs". I was skeptical about Culturelle at first, because I expected a quick relief. But, it is not easy to restore your intestinal healthy bacteria. It takes time. It took me about 4 weeks to become a healthy person again. Highly recommend it. It not only will not cause you any side effects, but it will promote your well-being. My only wish is it would be less expensive, so I could take it every day to help not only my digestive but immune system also.
