Just got 3 of these and can not believe how poor the quality is. They almost fall apart right when you put them up. I got them since I did not have an Ikea close by and regret it. Had Ikea Billy shelves, which cost less and are great quality. Hope this helps before you buy it.

This book shelf was a good deal! The price was great and even though the shipping cost was high, the price and shipping cost was less than what other places were selling the shelf for alone. I was afraid to order this because I thought it would be a flimsy bookshelf due to other reviews I have read, but I was very satisfied with my purchase and was glad I took the risk. The shelf was just the right width to fit where I wanted it and it is not flimsy at all. I put the bookshelf together myself and dragged it up the stairs to get it to my bedroom. It was easy to move since it was so sturdy. Luckily Fedex got the bookshelf to me in good condition with acceptable packaging. The back board to the shelf is folded in two spots to fit in its box but it does not bother me. If you want a sturdy and affordable bookshelf this is the way to go! Enjoy!
