I'm very disappointed in this stand after purchasing and putting it together. It does appear in your home exactly as the photos here once you assemble it. Which is very fine. However, you'll find as you near the final steps and likely need to turn the thing over to finish a few things that the whole build is VERY flimsy. I'll be honestly surprised if this thing lasts a move to another home, it really doesn't appear as if it will last just being moved to another room. No matter how tightly you put it together it's still going to wobble. I'm not so upset considering how cheap it is, however if I had actually seen it wobble in person I would have passed on it completely, you're definitely getting what you pay for.

The stand is a good value for the money. However, the front piece was incredibly difficult to install. It took 4 different people, 2 of them professional handymen, before 1 of them could do it. 2 of us put it together in about an hour and a half. So, if you're not technically inclined, this may not be the best choice for you. I like the way it looks though the shelves are so deep you have to pack the dvd's really tightly to make them stand up.
