My doctor suggested this product to help reduce my anxiety and help me sleep after a live blood cell analysis. I was a little skeptical that amino acids could help. Fortunately, my doctor was right on and two doses of this amino balance per day have helped me a lot. The hardest part is finding a time to take them when I am an hour away from from eating or exercise. I take them before bed and right when I get up in the morning.
