amish cooking is amazing,

amish cooking is truly an amazing little cook book. i have made at least 12 of these recipes so far and i have not been disappointed yet. i made the baked barbecue chicken for my teenage son history class. the teacher and his wife just loved it and so did the kids. my husband loves the beef stroganoff casserole, the country chicken chowder, even the herbed green bean casserole and thats saying something because he doesn't really like green beans all that much. the staff at school loves the apple scotch snack cake. i can go on and on. i'm so impressed with this cook book that i've been searching for another copy of this book to give to a friend for christmas because it absolutely will make a wonderful gift and i'm so glad that i found it again. thanks!
