With around seven and a half hours of viking metal, you cannot go wrong, especially if it happens to be Amon Amarth at the helm.

This 3 DVD set includes various live performances by the Swedish death/viking metal gods. Excellent musicianship, you can tell how much Amon Amarth put into their music.

The live performances feature music from virtually every Amon Amarth album released up to the release of the DVD, which was a fact welcomed by myself. There was quite a bit of material from the album, 'The Crusher', which was awesome, as it is my favorite Amon Amarth album.

this is a wrath. 7 hours of material. just try to sit through all of it at once. it will reek havok on your mental stability hehehe. just kidding. for the price this dvd is amazing. many concerts and behind the scene stuff. amon amarth trully must love their fan base just because of this dvd release.

Amon Amarth delivers the goods with this 3 disc live collection. The first disc is from Cologne 2005, and features the Fate of Norns setlist. Johan belts out the growls as the rest of the band pounds away. The other 2 discs are just as good, and gives you a pretty wide collection of Viking metal at its finest. There's some behind the scenes stuff, too, but mostly just eardrum bursting metal. My wife wonders why I keep walking around the living room yelling "Odin, guide our ships, our axes, spears and swords!" I guess I haven't grown out of it after all. ;-)

These dvd's show the true brutality of Amon Amarth. I have watched and rewatched these dvds and they never get old. Join me brothers for we ride to war!!!

Not too much to say about this DVD. Ordered it and received it and couldn't pull myself away until there was no more content left to be watched!

Excellent sound, concerts, and special features. A must buy for any death-metal or Amon Amarth fan!

If you want to listen and watch all Amon Amarth-songs for a very reasonable price, you should really buy this music-dvd. Some songs are performed in a special way, but most are classic Amon Amarth style (which is always nice).

of the "porridge giver" to heap on an extra helping of Amon amarth footage. It is of course a musical journey with creative camera work. It is not a musical visual accomplishment but the rersult of a documentary that's neccessary thing to rock: Ifyou can't be there, you must have this to enjoy: The musicianship is brilliant on the first concerT.The stage is also set as a flaming hall of VAlhalla for the living! A set so exciting and yet there's three shows at least. a documentary as well.They werE waiting for the right time to come out with this..

This DVD is awesome, a sheer demonstration of these viking/melodic death metal masters. Amon Amarth have the sound of brutality but with this DVD you also get the brutality in vision. The camera angles are great, never focusing on just one person for too long. The surround sound quality is excellent. And to top it off there is over 7 1/2 hours of nothing but in your face viking brutality, absolutely nothing wrong with this DVD except for the anxious waiting for it to drop in my mailbox.

WOW!!! I didn't have time to check out the entire DVD before feeling compelled enough to write this review, but,
seriously; how much more could you ask for ?
This DVD has 3 discs of pure AMON AMARTH.
We're talking 5 live shows, and you even get interviews and back-stage type footage.
Really, this is a must have DVD forany fan who doesn't already own it.
This is a pretty impressive release from a creative group who didn't skimp on added features.
The portions that I watched (from Disc 1) had a very nice audio/video quality.
Again, what more could you ask for ?
Pick this up if you're a fan. And if you're interested in hearing these guys, there is no better way to check them out than this DVD set.
