We purchased this flooring to go in a laundry room that is located directly above a bedroom. We wanted something that would reduce the noise of the washer/dryer, be durable, and flow with our home's theme of natural woods. I couldn't be more pleased. I would suggest ordering a sample square first, because it doesn't look anything like the picture, it is instead much richer and more beautiful, but it may not be what you are expecting. The grain of the wood runs all the way through the thickness of the tiles, so if you get a scrape or a scratch, touch-ups will be a breeze.

We have been very happy with our Seville cork floor, we installed and purchased it from a local green store that advertises here on Amazon. Our floor was installed over a year ago, and we entertain a lot with no real wear to the floor. We do however take care in cleaning and use the recommended cleaners and a lightly moist floor cleaning tool. I would not be discouraged from buying this product! PK

We put Wicanders cork flooring in our kitchen and deeply regret it. The flooring scratches and dents very easily. It has only been installed for a year and looks weathered already. We complained to Alexandria Flooring in Alexandria Virginia, where we bought the floor. They came out and took pictures and sent them to Wicanders--Wicanders did not offer to replace the flooring. We are extremely disappointed. Do NOT buy this product!
