I thought I was ordering a much smaller amount of envelops but was pleasantly surprised when a huge box of 500 showed up. just me not being observant, but thats a lot of envelopes for a pretty great price if you ask me.

as for the envelopes themselves I love the look, I use them for bills at this price but they are nice enough for personal correspondence, plus they look really nice with the new evergreen forever stamps.

the backs seem to seal just fine, but I use a little tape anyway, just for safety sake.

they do also make really great security envelopes without being so obviously a security envelope.

all in all im very happy with these, I will reorder them when I get though these 500, especially if the price stays so reasonable.

These envelopes to not have enough glue to stay sealed after they are moistened, and you have to use tape to keep them closed. This is disappointing, especially since I was excited to find envelopes made out of recycled content.

I love these envelopes. They were exactly what I was looking for. Environmentally friendly. Secure. Cheap. Can print labels on them. There is not much you can say about envelopes, but If you are going for that 'green' or recycled look these are the envelopes to get.

I recieved the envelopes yesterday and I think they will work very well. I was afraid they would be too thin but they're not at all. You can't see through them so whatever you send won't be on display. I haven't used them yet so I can't attest to the glue but that's easily remedied so I'm not worried about it.

I'm actually going to be using these to send my wedding invitations and I think I'll still have a lifetime supply left. Very good envelopes for a very cheap price.

These envelopes are great. Many reviewers listed problems with them sealing. They must have changed, because I have not had any problems. I bought these envelopes specifically so they would match a theme for a birthday party invitation that I made and have found that I love them. They stand out more than a plain white envelope and are a green product made since they are recycled. No more boring white envelopes for me. :)

I love the way these envelopes look. I actually ordered these to send out the save the dates for my wedding, and was really happy with how they turned out.

However, I ended up using glue dots to keep the envelopes shut, because they really dont stay glued shut.

You will need to use glue or tape to keep these sealed and the contents of your envelope safe in the mail!

Good envelopes. You're not gonna be mad at them. Purchase it if you need a good product.

They shipped realy fast. Like the idea to use recyled to help save some trees. They look like they will work well for my project.
