Product Description

Ampeg, (a division of Loud Technologies) is recognized world-wide as the premier name in bass and guitar amplification since the 1960's, when the SVT (Super Valve Tone) bass amplifier took the rock world by storm with its 300 watts, 8 x10" speaker cabinet and a tone that would go on to set the standard for rock and roll bass. Today, Ampeg continues on as the leader in professional bass gear and a cherished manufacturer of classic guitar amplifier designs with a continuing tradition of advancing bass tone through quality & innovation. In 2006, Ampeg reentered the electric guitar market by re-issuing its cult classic Dan Armstrong lucite body guitar, bringing back one of the most innovative design concepts in modern guitar History.

2.0 out of 5 stars Works, but is expensive, November 5, 2009

I will be taking mine apart tomorrow to publish the wiring diagram. over 60 bucks for a 3 switch pedal and a very short cord? Meh. It works fine, clicks when depressed, but otherwise really disappointed that these dont come w/ the expensive amps as standard.

I will post a link for the DIY enthusiast to save some significant money!

4.0 out of 5 stars it is what it is..., February 21, 2009
This review is from: Ampeg AFP3 Triple Footswitch (Electronics)
This is the triple footswitch I use with an Ampeg SVT-4Pro bass amp head. The footswitch controls the mute, graphic eq, and effects bypass functions. Includes double quarter inch cable of generous length. I am slightly disappointed that the buttons don't "click" on or off like I'm used to with effects pedals with similar buttons but it's not a major concern.
