I also just saw Kid Beyond open for Imogen Heap in Milwaukee, and even though she's incredible herself I half expected the openers to be lame. I missed the first one (Levi Weaver) but walked in to Kid Beyond... his incredible beats and twists are completely breathtaking. He has this astounding power on stage that you can't stop watching. The way he uses his hands is brilliant, and makes you want to jump up on stage with him. He assisted in a number of songs for Imogen Heap with background effects, and the raw talent of this guy was not lost in the wave of adoration for Immi - another impressive attribute. Although it's definitely a must have cd, it's no lie that you have to see him live to get the full effect. I give this guy 5 stars!

I just got back from seeing Kid Beyond open for Imogen Heap. This dude blew my mind. I've never seen something so amazing in my life! The album captures his beautiful voice and delicious beats but you have to see him live to get the whole experience. I swear to you, every sound that you hear on this record came out of his mouth. It's just this amazing man and his looping machine. Buy the CD and find out when he is coming to your town. Do not miss it! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Just saw him play in San Francisco at w00tstock. Not only is he very talented and creative, but he's a super nice guy. It's always such a pleasure when an artist you admire is a cool person as well. It's crazy to watch him live, layering on the beatbox, vocal bass track, and several intertwining lead and backing vocal tracks. Beautiful and hypnotic. I hope he gives us more songs soon.

I also just saw Kid B open for Imogen in Milwaukee - WOW! I swear, the whole crowd had their mouths hanging open in awe and amazement at this dude's raw talent! Cool cd, especially once you realize that he's making every sound from his own mouth. Definitely take the opportunity to see this guy live for the ultimate experience of a lifetime! I'm in love!

An intresting new direction for music from a very talented artist. Kid beyond provides four exellent tracks. the only failing is that there are only four songs on this disc. I was very hungry for more
