I am very disappointed in this product. One of the product features states that the 3lb bag will cover 1200 sq ft for new seeding or 2400 for overseeding. Once I received the bag, it stated right on the front that it will cover 450 sq ft for new lawn or 900 for overseeding. Total misrepresentation here - do not buy this...
