Product Description

The KETTLEBELL POWER DVD will encompass three explosive kettlebell workouts, each one 17 minutes in length. If you are tired of long, dread factor workouts, then this video is for you. Amys workout will be using the complexes method of training, to give you more bang for the buck! Just what are complexes? Complexes are a series of compound exercises performed sequentially, with the same weight, without rest. All the reps for one exercise are completed before moving onto the next exercise in the sequence. Complex lifts offer many different qualities at once; strength, strength/endurance, power, power endurance, promotion of fat loss, mental toughness, flexibility and more. All three workouts in this video will put systemic overload on the body. We will achieve this by using a challenging bell and/or double bells. All three workouts include dual bell work. There are a few exercises with single bells. You can do any of these workouts with a single bell - you will just have to switch arms and finish the rep set on the opposite side. Amy will have you moving and using your body like a competitive athlete. This is the ULTIMATE POWER and STRENGTH TRAINING DVD. Get ready to feel the power! Approx. running time: 65 minutes

This workout has a very different feel than Amy's previous ones. I mean this in a good way. It's just Amy, you and your kettle bells. Amy is now RKC-Russian Kettle bell Certified and her latest workout is a work of art.

This workout consists of 3 20-minute kettle bell routines, as well as a warm-up and a cool down. You can do just one of the routines, or if you're feeling extra energetic, try more than one.

Why I love this workout:

**the feeling of Amy being right there in the room with you. She's very down to earth. Amy loves this stuff and it shines through in her presentation.

**Amy's meticulous instruction and form pointers. She gives just enough to help you, but not so much that it's annoying chatter.

**the clean, uncluttered set. There's a nice window with trees in the background.

**very controlled kettle bell movements. Amy does this workout barefoot, which I would never attempt with her earlier workouts since I am afraid of dropping a kettle bell on my foot. With this workout, I don't have that fear and so I'm doing the workout barefoot.

Some things to note about this workout:

**the music is just so-so. I was very surprised since I usually love Amy's music selections.

**this is an advanced workout. Sure, you can make the workout easier by using lower weight kettle bells, but you really should have some experience with kettle bells before attempting this workout.

I love this workout and plan to do it often. I highly recommend this kettle bell workout to anyone wanting a fun and challenging workout.

Short and sweet. Requires two kettlebells, which I have but not of equal weights so I just switch arms. She uses heavy bells!

I've been looking for an advanced kettlebell dvd to do at home. I've been doing kettlebells for almost two years and the dvds now a days seem to all be geared towards beginners. This seems like just the fit! I love it! It's just what I've been looking for. It's the next step up for my challenge! Thanks!

I wanted a different kind of kettlebell workout and after reading others suggest this one from Amy Bento I thought I would give it a try. I'm sorry to say but I really do think Amy Bento Ross was having trouble lifting the bell. It really looked as if she struggled with the entire process. I'm no expert and I do realize that lifting weights is not an easy thing to do. I'm just saying that while you personally may struggle to get through a workout as a beginner or someone just starting you may not want your trainer/instructor struggling with the process. I was granted a return but only for 1/2 off per the sellers written rules but I didn't have an opportunity to send it back.
