Simply put, when used with my Blackberry 8900, this adapter did not work at all. The Blackberry was not recognized by the PC or the Blackberry Desktop Manager software, nor would it charge from the USB port. Would test this adapter with other devices, but I don't have any other micro USB gadgets. So for Blackberry users, don't bother.

Mine broke after one day of use with my car charger for my N1. Not recommended.

Mine stopped working the fist time i used it with my kindle, and since i'm traveling for 4 months I had to go out and spend twice as much in a foreign country for a similar and more durable piece.

Works as advertised. Case is hard plastic, not molded so the connector shell does have play but it does not feel in imminent danger of breaking.
