The skin fits perfectly, and it shipped pretty quickly. It protects the phone in the event of an occasional drop (prevents the back cover from coming off and the battery from popping out). Of course it does make the phone a little more bulky in a pocket, but that's no fault of the skin; it's just an inevitable effect of having any type of case on a phone.
