The case covers the back of the ipod to protect the delicate back. It is very easy to slip on, but unfortunately that makes it easy to slip off. That is my only complaint, but it's a big one. I have a 3rd generation touch, but I don't think the size varies from the 2nd generation. I would not recommend this particular case.

$5.58 to ship this piece of rubber that weighs less than 2 ounces? Even if you combine this item with something else, Amazon still has the weight itemized out at ONE POUND. I realize there are costs involved with packing and shipping, but shipping being nearly equal to the purchase price does not make sense for an item this small and lightweight. Buy local!

ok case...it's more clear than it is white so when you put it on the ipod touch it looks dirty. also, there is a smudge on it that will not come off. definitely not worth $15.

I just got my ipod touch. I got it refurbished, so it's 3G. I had recently dropped it, and I wanted a case so that it wouldn't scratch too much. I found this. I took a long time deciding what color I should choose, when I decided on dark blue. It came pretty quickly, and when it did, I immediately put it on. there was some dust on the sides, which was not so good, so I washed it out with water. When I put it on, I realized that the color was a much more dull kind of blue It wasn't eye popping like it looked in the picture. The buttons were easy to press, and it had a nice grip. All in all, this is an OK ipod touch case.

The case was not what I thought was described on the site. Flimsy quality. Came off phone easily. I tried to return it twice and they have not picked it up yet.

I bought this with the suggestion of a friend. After receiving it, I was not satisfied with the limited coverage on the sides and bottom and found that for $9.97 I could get 2 gel covers similar but that covered more from Radio Shack. I bought those and use that one. This one is saved as an extra.

Bottom line, the fit covers the ends, but I believe the thinness of the sides will make it prone to tearing easier, which is why I purchased a different one.

No problems with the seller, just the product did not meet my expectations.

if your looking for a skin to protect the back of your touch, give you a good grip and rid the warmth you feel while holding it then this case does just that and it leaves a nice open area for the touch screen for you to finger swipe away without hitting anything highly recommend it

I have one of these and I like it so I got three more as gifts for friends with iPod Touch and they're all happy with theirs too. You can pay more for a skin but why?

I ordered this for my son and he just loves it. It is protecting his gadget very nicely and yes, I would deffinetly recommend it.

Presently okay with purchase, a bit expensive for what it provides and easy to fall off the IPOD
