You have to use this nutrition guide with the Ultimate Muscle Mass program by the same author. The 2 really go hand in hand.

It is a short little program, but the calorie cycling made sense to me. And it worked. I actually liked estimating my maintenance calorie level, tweaking intake, and coming up with a comprehensive individual plan.

You have to use this nutrition guide with the Ultimate Muscle Mass program by the same author. The 2 really go hand in hand.

It is a short little program, but the calorie cycling made sense to me. And it worked. I actually liked estimating my maintenance calorie level, tweaking intake, and coming up with a comprehensive individual plan.

The nutrition information is straight-forward. It's really the unique schedule that makes this program work. It's no magic pill, but it certainly helped me get in great shape. So overall I recommend it with the ultimate muscle mass program, though the UMM program is clearly the key.
