This book has a very misleading cover, it is more of book for med students, it contains references thats all just references, ie. go to this site on the internet.
This is not a book for body builders...

This is a very techincal book. I needed a Mosbys med. dictionary to help me read it. Overall it is very informative and useful. I refer to it often as many otc health supplements are laced with steroid type chemicals. A very useful book.
