First of all I just want to say I love these movies. I'll tell you the truth, there horribale! But there's snakes thats what makes it so good. They say they are going to have 2 of the anaconda films in one packdge. But what really disapionts me is there are only 2 disks! Witch proboly means theres not gonna be much bounus feateres on these DVDs.

Anaconda(1997) 4 stars

I really had a good time wathing this film. Jon Voight really did well. The CGI efects are kind of modorite, nothing special. And one of the greatest endings ever in a film like this. Took awhile to get started but once it picked up it never stoped. Alot of people died too. It had a lot of humor. That British guy was relly funny! Overall 4 stars

Okay, I have alot of things to say about this film. Its just about as good as the first but is it just me or the Anacondas kind of look different. And how did anacondas end up Bornio(spelling?). I thought this was scareier than the first.And the animation is better than the first. That monkey was a little anoying. Even more people die! The ending was pretty good and the movie got up to pace quick, VERY quick! Theres more than one snake too. Rock on! Overall 3 and a half stars

Both of these movies are great and very fun to watch. I will be very glad once I get this DVD. If your a snake enthusiast, like me you will deffinaly love and cherish these movies. The acting is horribale in both films But they are great!

The 1st Anaconda is a professional done, but not spectacular monster film. The anacondas simply looked gorgeous and watching the characters get eaten one by one by the snakes never gets old. The character introduction scheme seemed a bit rapid and cardboardish and the ending was just borderline ridiculous. Aside from these faults this movie has a place on my shelf as one of the best monster movies out there.

If you are getting this package to get the second film, please don't. Anacondas: The Hunt......is by far one of the worst films I've ever seen. It's even worse than Alone in the Dark which I atleast was able to withstand watching it from begining to end. I've only watched like 10 minutes of and I can already tell you right now: the plot is completely contrived and the character conflicts are completely unneccessary and avoidable. The little business meeting at the begining of the movie is simply the stupidiest thing I've seen. I'm still laughing at its complete utter stupidty of it even as I type this. There was also no character introduction whatsoever. They just shove a bunch of characters on screeen we don't know anything about and get them to spit complete verbal diarrhea. Heck, even by the credits scene we can already tell the film crew isn't taking this movie too seriously. So why should I?

I love campy horror flicks, and this was worth the money I paid. The first one was good, the second one could have used better writers who knew how to research their stuff. There were a lot of mistakes. (I know, what am I doing expecting a little reality in my monster snake movies.) Anyway, still worth the money.

Ordered for my husband, he loves both movies. watches them all the time. not academy award material (most of those movies are not that interesting anyway) but a good entertainment.

This is the most exciting movies ever! However, there is still room for improvement. The biggest flaw is the pretty much expected ending. Upon seeing the cliff with the anacondas at the bottom, people can usually guess who is going to fall in "in the end".
