when i work out in combination with taking anadrox i do lose more weight. if i take it without working out for a while it only gives me energy without the jitters but the weight lose is not significant when i am not working out. i like this product though. i have taken it on and off for two years and it is the best that i have found with out the racing heart and jitters. the only thing i will say it that the first day or two it gives me headaches but i think its from not drinking enough water and i get dehydrated(aside from the fact that the nitric in it is a vasodialator so that might be why too)

I love these campsusls but I bought them for the "pump" not the burn. Inexpensive and as effective as one would expect. I bought them off a friends recomendation and I could be happier but its a great all around product. I notice a 'drive to lift' about 20 - 30 after taking em so grab a few about half hour before you hit the gym i usually double the dosage but start off slow and see how it hits you. I am used too NO XPLODE and BLACK POWDER which this certainly isnt but isnt bad either. I am already really lean 4.1 percent body fat at about 6'2 and 165 lbs so the weight loss isnt there but a few people at gym commented that its a good all around product if you dont wanna take say, Black Powder and Hydroxycut and Crealkiline. But, it isnt as effective as any in thier speclized areas. So if you want something simple, easy to take no messy powders just leave it in your car and snag a few when you dont have time to mix a drink or forget to grap one before you leave the house.

Side effects for me were minimal but I have had some more gas when on it, but compared to anything more potent its prety easy to tolerate.

Its says "do not use for more than 8 weeks". I say, dont use once! I thought I would give this a try after using N.O. Monster for thre months and reading so many positive reviews. This product actually diminished my pump I received when I used N.O.M.! N.O. Monster...here I come!

if you are hardcore bodybuilder, dont use this. it wont work. i think it will work great for women, however. just be aware that you cant really build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
