It an essential oil blend and has an analgesic property to it that does temporarily soothe, that's if you can apply it without losing most of it and at this ridiculous price it isn't worth trying. It an essential oil blend and has an analgesic property to it that does temporarily soothe, that's if you can apply it without losing most of it and at this ridiculous price it isn't worth trying. They had best figure out an applicator as ones finger really shouldn't be stuck up ones anus. First most of the expensive oil comes off finger before it enters the hole and second, who likes to have to put their finger up their anus? Your probably saying to yourself many, but I am not one who does as it is painful. I hated the rectal thermometer as a kid and my finger is much bigger!

It may be wonderful stuff but if it cant get to the fissure site on inside, then it is of very little use without some sort of applicator. You cannot afford to waste a drop, the bottle is so tiny and the drops are difficult to come out. Maybe mixed with Prep-H using the applicator that they supply might work? Or how about just fixing their packaging or supplying and applicator for those inside anal fissures.

Still have problem and I dread having to poop, every day is a new Adventure in Pain, and that's using a stool softener else I'd probably be found on the toilet passed out from the pain. It sometimes feels like I'm passing bits of glass shards. I never knew what it was called before, so I named it "Burning Butt Syndrome" till I finally found out what it really was. I pray you never get one and to those who have them, you have my sympathy.
