A starting point for engineers interested in testability,

Analog and Mixed-Signal Test is a very good introduction and overview of recent developments in mixed signal test. Although much of the book covers design for test and BIST, which are of more interest to those designing ICs, nevertheless it provides many insights useful to engineers testing product. Extensive citations allow avenues for further investigation. The book reads like a compilation of conference papers, but focuses more on concepts than the theoretical math behind them.
