I bought this video because I had previously bought another Ananda Yoga video with Adam Bornstein for my sister. The first one gets the full five stars from me, however is no longer available. This one, a truncated version of the other, isn't too bad, though. The postures are all easily achieved and Bornstein's presentations graceful and informative. His soothing voice takes nothing away, allowing you to remain reflective and calmed by the workout. I would have liked it to be more like the previous video I purchaced in that there was too many repetitions of each posture and not as much variety as in the other. But if you occasionaly stop the tape and insert some of your own postures and eliminate some of the repititions in the video, this is a useful guidline for a good home workout. The relaxation and meditation sections at the end are also very good and help one to accomplish your goal of feeling centered, focused and relaxed throughout the day. I just wish the previous one was still available. I'd buy twenty of them and give nineteen of them away.
