Within this book I found the tools that I needed to help me understand my psychic experiences... how to recognize what and why things were happening, and most importantly for me, how to open up to greater experiences and possibilites and do so safely. I would recommend this book to anyone who wishes to further their knowledge in the area of Psychic Development. Sandy's PD1 book is a very important 'foundation' to the rest of the progam she has written. If you are truly interested in gaining the proper knowledge and learning how to use that knowledge in a safe and uncomplicated way, this is the book you want to start with. It's what gave the me solid foundation to be able to go out and do what I do today! Lisa Freeman

I love the Sandy Anastasi System. It is educational, clear and simple to follow. She does an excellent job instructing from her experience, but equally highlights the areas other practitioners would differ allowing the reader to choose. Level 1 is a great foundational tool equipped with practical exercises to hone your skill sets.

You will be filled with tons of information on Psychic development how-to in this workbook! There is meditation execises and third eye exercises and the list just goes on and on. Sandy Anastasi was the only teacher that John Edward ever had and I say that says alot about this product.
