Anatomy Of The Perfect Golf Swing,
By L.M.Leahy (Santa Ana,Ca) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Anatomy of the Perfect Golf Swing : The Surest Way to Better Golf (Paperback)
As an avid golfer, I find this book to be extremely helpful to me in understanding very important components of "a perfect golf swing". Understanding the specific muscles used in making the golf swing, provided me with information to improve my upper body strength ,as well as the prevention of injuries while pursuing the game. The illustrations are easily understood and the exercises were very helpful to me. I began to get greater distance on my drives off the tee. In addition, I no longer experienced sore back muscles after playing. I recommend this book to other golfers.the game. The illustrations were easily understandable.

The golf swing made simple!,

This review is from: Anatomy of the Perfect Golf Swing : The Surest Way to Better Golf (Paperback)
Now that I have grasped the concepts in this book, the golf swing is easier. The author's break down of what the muscles are doing during the swing helped me move in a way that suppports what my body wants to do anyway. A must read for any golfer.

A very interesting little book that may provide ammunition for the die hard "golf is a left handed game" types, who might compare it to A New Way to Better Golf by Alex Morrison (1932) if they can find it. Personally, I believe the Bill Melhorn, Tommy Armour, Jimmy Ballard right sided method makes more sense for anyone who isn't tall, thin and super-flexible. The author recommends a three knuckle left handed grip and the photographs show a severely cupped left wrist at the top that is not easy to recover from. If you believe you can swing like Fred Couples this book may help. In any event, the anatomy lesson is first rate and the book for that reason alone is a worthy addition to any golf library.

A Great Help,
By JOSE BARRIOS (New orleans, La) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Anatomy of the Perfect Golf Swing : The Surest Way to Better Golf (Paperback)
I though Golf was a complex sport until recieved some instruction from Glennon and also read his book. After I took a couple of lessons and read Glennon's book, I instantly saw results in my game. I recently played in a round where I hit a 325 yard shot off the tee with only 90 yards to the pin (needless to say that made me feel great about my game). I recommend this book to all you golfers who have all the magazines, books and videos that dont seem to help. This will simplify your swing, and will help you enjoy the game more!
