Words like "shallow" and "superficial" do not begin to express how poor this textbook is. You will finish the semester knowing little more about A&P than you did at the start. Also, it has no CD-ROM included now. And there's no website resources, either.
Be aware that this PAPERBACK text is *poorly* constructed. My brand-new copy, bought at full retail price, literally fell apart when first opened; and one classmate found entire sections just plain missing from her copy. Check your copy carefully when you first receive it. Hopefully, it will last long enough to sell at semester's end, and you can forget you ever took the course.

The book was exaclty what I was looking for and was in excellent quality. It has already started serving it's purpose in my anatomy class. Thank you!

I gave this item 1 star because I had to rate it. I really wanted to give it a negative 10!! I ordered this book a couple weeks ago thinking I coud save a few bucks. Biggest mistake of my life!!The book showed up late, and soaking wet. I guess yhe packing department wanted to save some money on packing materials. We I first complained I was told my money would be refunded, Guess what? NO MONEY WAS REFUNDED! Now I have to scramble to find this book. Thanks for being on top of this guys.

I was able to purchase this 3rd Ed (new) which is the same as the 4th Ed. I saved over $100. by not buying the 4th Ed.

this book provided me with the general knowledge that I needed to enter a nursing A&P course in the community college. the study guide in the back was super helpful as well.

It is very easy to read and understand. It also has lots of helpful diagrams, that my teacher implaments into her lectures. The study guides in the back are also very helpful.
