After spending thousands of dollars and hours in countless seminars, books, tapes, and videos, on goal setting and success, at last, I found the ultimate guide to building dreams into reality - ANATOMY OF SUCCESS. This is not just another book on motivation or pop psychology like so many out there. This is a comprehensive, research-supported, no-nonsense guide to what one needs to achieve goals that are aligned with one's beliefs and values. This book is the author's masterpiece. It contains more information in 300 pages than any other book in the area of personal development. Extracting from various fields and disciplines and following through with great detail, examples and learning techniques, this book is the greatest success manual for anyone.
