I can't complain about the measuring cup set itself, but the packaging and shipping was abysmal. The set is about the size of a volleyball, but for some reason shipped in a box the size of a large microwave, with not nearly enough packing materials. My first set arrived with two cups shattered, and Amazon swiftly sent a replacement, which after my comments about the shipping to them, was still shipped in the too large box. As it were, this shipment arrived with the opposite cup cracked, so between the two shipments I was able to assemble one complete set. Still, receiving two boxes with shards of glass is never fun.

I bought this mainly for the large mixing bowl but thought I could always use extras of the handy sized smaller measuring cups. I really couldn't find a better price for even just the large bowl. My first set came with the large bowl chipped from the nested cups hitting the side during shipping. The complete package was packed well by Amazon. The manufacturer's packaging of the set itself was really inadequate for shipping. Amazon quickly replaced the shipment and the second set came intact. The only gripe I have is that the smaller two are not "decorated" in red as they were described to be. All bowls and markings are clear and molded into the glass, unlike my Pyrex measuring cups. They are just as they are pictured. It would be more helpful if the picture and description were alike.

Ordered item arrived damaged due to packing (nested items w/ only cardbroard in between). Contacted customer service explained issue another to be shipped n/c to me. Recv replacement same problem. Again called cust svc agreed to third shippment. Item delayed till end Nov., now out of stock. Amazon to issue refund for product now. This has been my worst experience w/ Amazon to date and have placed several orders.
Will still order from Amazon as they did try to resove problem.

The first group arrived with a big crack on the largest in the set.

I called for a return.

They shipped a replacement set very quickly.

The second set has a defect on the largest one also, but I kept it and use it for a fruit bowl

Each of the sizes has its own function in my kitchen, the smaller more for measuring, the largest for food preparation and actual cooking of foods in microwave. They are the typically wonderful pyrex that allows for oven/microwave heating and easy cleanup.

The 5-stars is for the product but also for the value of 3 pieces for the price. And I did also order the 4-cup size to complete the package! (In addition, I have one extra 2-cup and 4-cup as I use them so often.) They work well for storing the food as well, but then they're not available for the next measuring/mixing/cooking project!
