I bought these as a gift to myself--I had always wanted clear coffee mugs because I think they make coffee-drinking an aesthetic experience. I also think about drinking coffee far, far too much.

I wanted mugs that held more than the usual 6-oz. coffee mugs, and these came through with a perfect 16-oz. size. It's like the just-right size mug of coffee for the morning--not too much and not too little.

Even when I pour in piping-hot just-brewed stuff, the handle and very bottom never get hot, so I don't burn my hand or my coffee table. They are thick and sturdy and resistant to breaking, and are, of course, perfectly dishwasher safe.

Best of all, they add a nice sense of charm when you serve someone a mug and pour a bit of cream into the coffee. All those swirls!

I bought these a while ago and have been slamming them around (because I'm incredibly clumsy) and not even a chip! They are very well made and work with cold or hot beverages. I would buy them again.

Exactly what I had at home and was trying to match. One had a crack, though, way inside the thick glass - hasn't broken through yet. Came well packed & good, fair price.

This has become my favorite mug for all pursposes, I absolutely love it. love it so much I will be ordering more of them.
