On time, in perfect condition. Exactly what the giftee wanted. Considering I am very delinquent in this review I can tell you we have used these wine glasses repeatedly and enjoy them.

not as pictured
This item arrived promptly, but I want to return it because the wine glass is not as pictured. The bowl is much rounder. The picture makes the bowl look more elongated and the whole glass taller. The glass looks bulbous and inelegant.
