I purchased this "manual" juicer for my husband. He loves to cook and we did not have a juicer. He asked for just a manual one (didn't want an automatic), but my mother has a glass one and I thought it was better than the usual plastic juicers. We like this one because of the "cup" that's with it. It's very easy to use and once you juice the fruit, then you just pour the juice into the recipe (or glass). The item is simple, easy to use and easy to clean. My only suggestion would be to have additional tops to use with varying sizes of fruits.

Although very robust, the juicer performed very well and clean-up was easy. One draw back was the juicer cone is too sharp leaving a large amount of the fruit "unjuiced". Suggest a rounder and wider cone facilitating a more efficient operation.

This juicer is good for small lemons only, the cone shaped glass blade must be made for lemons from overseas, it does not work well with oranges or big lemons from the US.

I gave it two stars(not one) just because its difficult to find another glass juicer on amazon.
