This is the first time I've written a review, but my experience was so horrible, I had to say something. I ordered a box of 24 mugs to be filled w/treats for our holiday gifts. Checked the top layer when they came...they were fine and just what I wanted. Waited until this weekend for my daughter and I to fill them with our holiday treats. When we took the top layer off, 5 of the bottom mugs were broken. Called Restock It on Monday and the customer service agent said her manager would call me back. After a few hours, I called him. What a BLEEP! I felt like I was speaking with a fast talking used car salesman rather than a reputable manager. He wouldn't replace the five (said he couldn't break up a case) but I would have to purchase a whole case of 24 again! Oh...but he'd give me a 20% discount. I said I wasn't willing to pay for a whole case, and suggested he send them free of charge if that was the only way he could replace the five. I further explained that if I didn't get them, we'd have to choose which five of my daughter's friends & family would not get a gift. He didn't seem to care, but was still trying to push another case on me! Finally, he agreed to refund my account for the five broken mugs, which didn't solve my gift dilemma. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM RESTOCK IT. Amazon, however, was great. I told them what happened, advised them not to affiliate with this company, and they said they would give me a full refund. I guess I learned a lesson..only swim with the big fish and not bottom-feeding, scrap eaters! Oh...and check each item when you order 2 dozen.

These glasses are so very cute. They are not delicate, but something a real cowboy can be proud of. My set is to be broken up to become presents for several people. 1. the cowboy who only drinks out of one of these 2. the couple who had a real cowboy wedding 3. decorated in red and green to become Texas Christmas presents for my cowboy and cowgirl colleages where I work 4. and around the house as bookends and for small potted plants. What a way to add style to a cowboy theme party or room.
