I have been using Pyrex for food storage for the past three years. I ordered this set since it was on sale for below $30. The sizes of the bowls are very practical. I actually use the 1-cup size a lot more often than I thought. In terms of quality, this set is as good and sturdy as the Pyrex set. You can mix-and-match the lids with the same sized Pyrex bowls. The measuring spoon and spatula are not that imprssive. I gave these to my kids to play with.

The lids to this bakeware crack in no time and, even though the warranty does not state that the lids are not covered, they aren't. Each replacement lid costs at least $1.25 plus shipping. I don't think I'm going to bother replacing them as the will just crack again. This product is a total waste of money.

I bought a few different sizes of the Anchor Hocking Glass and Plastic Lid sets. Within 2 months, the plastic lids started to crack. They were pretty useless after that since they don't stay on the glassware. I contacted the Anchor company because the box says they have a 5 year warranty on their product. They responded by saying that the 5 year warranty only covers their glass parts. The lids are not made by Anchor since they purchase it from a 3rd party company. Then they recommended I go to their website dedicated to buying additional lids. If a company has to open a website to sell ADDITIONAL LIDS, that cleary indicateds a BIG PROBLEM with their lids. Save your money and don't invest in any Anchor Hocking storage glassware. I bought the Pyrex ones instead and haven't had any problems. Their lids are better quality and more flexible.

I have the same problem with the lids cracking that the other reviewers have had. What a waste of money. Pay a little more and go with Pyrex. It's a shame you can't give the product a negative star.
