I've been looking for a basic everyday set and purchased this one. Unfortunately it is as cheap as the price suggests. The sugar bowl is cute, but the creamer spout is malformed and off-center and the butter dish is difficult to use. While nice looking, because of its shape, it is very hard to grasp the lid and remove it without getting butter all over the inside of the butter dish.

Sugar bowl is good, but the butter dish isn't big enough to cover the butter without making a big greasy mess.

Great product. Pretty. Functional. A simple butter dish is hard to find in stores.

I don't think these pieces would work well with an elegant, or other-than-glass tea set. The glass is too thick, and the design, too simple. I wanted simple, so it works for me.

I've seen two sets (the first one arrived broken) and in both, the pourer seemed a mite clumsily formed (slightly warped) near the spout. The sugar bowl lid had some barely noticeable bubbling in the glass. Again, nothing major, but those are the only negative points I noticed.

I'm glad I purchased it. If it broke, I'd buy the same set again. The sugar bowl's pretty nifty, and holds sugar lumps smartly - about twenty-five to thirty. The pourer holds just over a cup and a quarter of cream.

I only ordered these because they were only $9.99 for the whole set.
I don't think they are nice enough to serve to your guests but I'd use them on the weekend when I have brunch with my husband.

They go with anything because of the clear glass. Great.
