I recently started collecting Jadite. I found this book to be a valuable resource. Great photos. Good price guide and full of valuable information.

This book was very informative. It has wonderful pictures and is a must for any Fire King collector.

This is a great resource for any new collector of Anchor Hocking. I find myself fasinated with this book and it's contents.

Nice pictures that is about it. Some pricing information, pages away from items, very confusing. Could not even find pricing on some items. As a collector, way too much time spent looking things up and looking for pricing. Very frustrating, personally would not recommend this book.

I HAVE FOUND THIS BOOK TO BE VERY HELPFUL IN IDENTIFING DIFFERENT PIECES OF GLASS.

My God, what a book! Who knew that the dishes and glassware I grew up with could be collectible, never mind "highly" collectible? As I write this review, I'm looking at an old Jadeite egg cup that I found in my late mother's cupboard. I have no idea where or why she bought it; all I know is, the little bruiser is worth upwards of $35, maybe more! Even if one is not a collector, the book is extremely interesting; the photo collections seem exhaustive. The authors know a great deal about their subject and insert all kinds of history about the patterns, how long they were in production, and so on. If you are a thrift store junkie like me, you'll easily find this book worth buying, because it will train your eye to find all these pieces, most of which people do not realize are worth something to someone. If you're my age (mid-century), I do recommend you have a box of tissues handy as you page through. It was a sweet and unexpected visit down memory lane.

A good reference book with few errors that contains a lot more than Fire-King and a ready reference for mid 20th Century glass.

This is my second Fire King book and they both are great books. Each has a unique mixture of Anchor Hocking items. What a great book.

Beautiful photos. Valuable information. Most of the stuff shown is super hard to find but that is what makes collecting fun, right?

This is the only book you should ever own on the subject of FireKing dishes. I can't imagine wanting another volume, this one is wonderfully thorough. It covers all the different series, information about them, history of FireKing, and estimated values of pieces in good condition. Really, a fabulous book.
