Child-Friendly Research,

This review is from: The Ancient African Kingdom of Kush (Cultures of the Past) (Library Binding)
This is an awesome find! Not only was it filled with great information, the narrative assumes that children are intelligent people. The languge is definitely child-friendly. The facts are written in terms that make them relavent to today's reader. Best of all, the illustrations/photos are most compelling. This is a must include for any school library! Some of this research helped in defining the characters in a work of fiction. Princess Kandake: Warrior By Choice....Appointed to Rule
