i'm surprised at the glowing reviews this book has gotten. it is a collection of 20 essays written by many famous authors and authorities of alternative history and spirituality. the problem is many of the articles are very short (3 pages or so) and feel very incomplete. as one is reading the essays, all of a sudden they are over with not much tying the article up. some essays are very vague (marshall masters talks about dark workers, but doesn't define who they are other than "foes"), some do not mention anything about 2012 (philip gardiner does a page and a half piece of fiction). i enjoyed colin wilson's article the best because of his writing style and ability to say a lot in a little space. buy it used if you must.

This story collection takes you on journeys from the spiritual to the supernatural, which, for some of the authors are not mutually exclusive. Meant to be a companion to Ancient Code, the Movie, it is certainly viable as a stand-alone exploration of how these writers feel we connect to the universe.

If you've ever wondered if there's something more to our everyday existence, READ THIS BOOK, the Secret is a fairy tale in comparison, this is real stuff that you can digest and tap into, really great book.

I have been interested in ancient wisdom for several years now and this book has provided many different points of view on the topic. It is a great resource for anyone interested in the esoteric whether you are just getting into it, or have been studying for years. By having chapters from so many different authors, this is a great stepping stone for discovering writers and subjects that you might not be familiar with but want to learn more about.

What a great collection of short articles/essays from some of my favorite authors. This is a must read for anyone interested in esoteric knowledge because it leads to a greater understanding of a variety of topics including 2012, Divine Feminine, Egyptian Bee Worship, Kali Yuga, Dead Sea Scrolls, Stellar Origins of Consciousness, Vitruvian Man and much more. I had planned to read a chapter a night but was so caught up in all the different subjects that I ended up reading the entire book over a weekend.
