Since then, she has also written The Teeny Tiny Woman, which she also illustrated, Winter Lullaby, and Oh No, Its Robert.Barbara is a member of the board of advisors of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. She is also the founder and director of The Manuscript Workshop, a workshop for writers of childrens books. Barbara has received the Christopher Medal and the Award of the American Institute of Graphic Artists. Barbara lives in New York City and has a country home in Vermont.
