While searching the Internet, I was thrilled to find this Bastet statue on Amazon. It's exceedingly well made, even more gorgeous than the photo, and for my research, the highest quality for the best price. The hieroglyphics on the base seem a bit primitive, and a "nice to have" would have been a translation of same. I have been looking for just the right Bastet statue for a number of years, and am delighted to finally own one that sends my heart soaring. The statue positively GLOWS with beauty, quality, and serenity. Highly recommended!

Heavy weight, felt base, colors stand out against the bronze, regal face... definitely a wee cat goddess. Looks great on the shelf it was purchased to fit on. I really like it :)
