5.0 out of 5 stars Thorough and well-researched, February 3, 2009
This review is from: Ancient Stone Sites of New England and the Debate Over Early European Exploration (Paperback)
This is the most thorough and well-researched book I have found on the subject of unexplained stone artifacts and sites in New England. The author does a great job explaining and identifying the sites (with pictures), and then also analyzing the possible explanations for their existence. I relied heavily on this book while researching my own novel regarding Templars in New England, Cabal of The Westford Knight: Templars at the Newport Tower, and found it to be an invaluable resource. Highly recommended for those looking to explore New England's hidden history.

This review is from: Ancient Stone Sites of New England and the Debate Over Early European Exploration (Paperback)
A decent overview of a very neglected issue with North American history. This book touches on the issues associated with some of the major archeologically anomolous stone structures found throughout New England. The author seems to treat each example fairly offering samples of the major theories surrounding each point.
