Wonderful for making gluten free food.,

Since this was first time using the flakes I was so surprised of the taste when I ate gluten free breakfast bars. The texture was really good and my son ate them I was afraid that he wouldn't like them I wasn't even sure I did the recipe right but he loved them. I will buy these flakes again.
