5.0 out of 5 stars priceless aerial photos of early native sites, September 28, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Ancient Land Ancestral Places: Paul Logsdon in the Pueblo Southwest (Hardcover)

I purchased this book a few years back. It has priceless photos of sacred native sites in the south west, taken in the 1980's. ( the pilot with the camera, Paul Logsdon died in 1989) These sites are slowly disappearing due to erosion. Paul's photos will be more vital as time passes. Along with the text entries by various experts on these sites, the book is an excellent source for increasing our understanding of those who lived here hundreds of years ago.
Paul was one of my instructors when I was learning to fly, and sadly I had no idea he was interested in Native Americans.
