5.0 out of 5 stars Getting the Big Picture
I am an avid reader and have spent years covering various topic in religion, theosophy, psychology, and spiritual awakening. This series on the Ancient Flower of Life has done for me what no other books have, I can finally see the big picture. I am an avid reader and have spent years covering various topic in religion, theosophy, psychology, and spiritual awakening. This series on the Ancient Flower of Life has done for me what no other books have, I can finally see the big picture. While the approach Drunvalo uses may seem a little eclectic to some readers, I found it a clear personal and collective road map jumping from the pages.

This is a new, emerging view of the spiritual path to personal ascension and is a must read for anyone who is at the point where you are asking yourself, "Where do I go next?". Whether you are left or right brained, these two books will get you back on track.

The information on the activation of the MerKaBa is critical to developing the energy needed to carry you forward in these changing times.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life - Volume 2, June 21, 2000
This review is from: The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 2 (Paperback)
After reading Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life Volume One, I knew I just HAD to read Volume 2. As soon as the first copies came in, I got one. Volume 2 is everything I expected and more. It goes a bit deeper into the actual Merkaba itself actually giving in detail, the instructions to the Merkaba Meditation. Ofcourse, as it states in the book, you really should learn this meditation by a trained Flower of Life facilitator. But beyond that, it's an extremely interesting, easy-to-read book that I must say, changed my whole way of thinking about life. Keep an open mind while reading this book and it may change your way of thinking too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Enlightening, February 23, 2006
This review is from: The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 2 (Paperback)
Great book. Invaluble information you may not find elsewhere. As an engineer and a student of Spirit, I believe Drunvalo and Thoth are right on the money. If you have not extensively studied related spiritual subjects that he often touches on briefly, you will be overloaded and dismiss the information as crazy, as I see many have. Drunvalo is not crazy. It is a fact that when one reaches a certain spiritual level, they will begin to communicate with entities from another dimension. Thoth, an imortal entity, downloads to us through Drunvalo. I believe the information is of the light, selfless and pure. These are the secrets of life. Believe it or not, "it is only light".

5.0 out of 5 stars A landmark work, July 23, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 2 (Paperback)
Truly a landmark work. I have experienced the power of the Merkaba ( see ... ) and now am a Merkaba practitioner and teacher myself. In a few months I moved from side-effects of AIDS to near-remission thanks to the Merkaba meditation. Drunvalo is a sincere loving person who works and lives from the heart. The section in this book on the Children of AIDS alone and how some have changed their DNA is worth the price of the book. Some skeptics may scoff that some things asserted in this book "haven't been proved." However, until one lives from the heart and proves these things in the heart one is yet to experience the power of the Golden Flower of Life.

This book really goes into more detail on the flower of life and the merkaba meditations. You will find interesting facts that give you more pieces to the puzzle of life. The meditations are easy to follow but if you really want to learn the secret way of breathing to activate your merkaba then I recommend you take one of the Flower of Life workshops that Bob Frissell teaches. He is an awesome rebirther who has been doing this for over 26 years and knows his stuff when it comes to the Merkaba meditation breathing. He was taught by Drunvalo Melchizedek, who was taught by Thoth, the egyptian scribe. And if you know who Thoth is, you know what kind of ancient egyptian secrets he holds. Bob is also the author of some really great books,
"Nothing in this book is true", "Something in this book is True", and,"You are a spiritual being having a human experience". I recommend his books if you are new to all this or want to understand rebirthing which is amazing!!! I have taken some rebirthing sessions with Bob and it will blow your mind. Believe It.

This review is from: The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 2 (Paperback)
Before reading the 2 volumes, I knew about 20% of what was in it. But the other 80% is spectaular. It has and still is the most powerful 2 part book I have ever read, and has changed my consciousness and how I look at life.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must have, if you get Volume 1 ....., January 4, 2007

Volume 2 is definitely needed to accompany Volume 1. The geometry gets harder, however seeing and learning the connection between everything, opens your heart and mind to accept the amazing unlimited potential in All. May be heavy for some .... but those who are really searching for answers Vol 1 & 2 will certainly quench (some of) the (neverending) thirst. Textbooks for life.

I've been intensely interested in sacred geometry via crop circles and experiencing channeled information, so i was hoping for some in-depth information on the subject. the experience of reading the book has been pretty fun and fascinating, though most of this first volume is about earth's "history", and because much of it may or may not be true, it's very distracting from the subject of sacred geometry. melchizedek himself even admits that a lot of this historical information could have been lost in translation, since it was channeled and not initially told to him in english. The tone of the book is like an eight year old who is very excited about something, but drifts from subject to subject. Often, he introduces a new topic out of nowhere, and finishes the thought by saying "i'll discuss this later". This happens at least 30 or 40 times throughout the book, and it's incredibly distracting. overall, i think this is a worthy book because of it's earnest healing intention (and i can't seem to put it down). however, it's just a mess in terms of being a coherent piece on sacred geometry.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Flower May Be A Little Wilted, July 7, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 2 (Paperback)
The mathematics is great, the message is excellent, but there is way too much of the author's ego in this book. If it wasn't for that, the book is 5 star.

The geometric and mathematical depth into Da Vinci's canon, showing how the drawing contains the ratio of the diameter of the earth to the moon, and the dimensions of man, is really thought provoking.
The same applies to the wheels in the Egyptian hieroglyphics, and how the pyramids and the sphinx line up on a golden mean spiral.

But probably the most fascinating aspect of the book was the author's details of the Earth's upcoming dimensional shift from the 3rd dimension into the 4th dimension. He indicates that not everyone may stay in the 4th dimension, because they may not be comfortable there, since we will instantly manifest our thoughts. So if we are coming from a place of fear, it may drive us back to our level of comfort, which would be the 3rd dimension, or it could kill us. This is exactly the way Emanuel Swedenborg described Heaven. You may go to the highest level of Heaven, but if you are not comfortable there, based on your thoughts and beliefs, then you will move down to a level at which you are comfortable.

You probably want to keep Volume I close by, since it is referenced many times in this one.
