Ancient Shadows is hard for me to categorize using traditional labels applied to types of music, so let me just call it this: absolutely beautiful. I downloaded this album a few years ago based purely on the song samples I heard at the time and I am so glad that I did. The flow of the album has so much atmosphere as each song falls into the next. One of my favorites.

I first heard about this album from an article about Priscilla Hernandez in an issue of Faery Magazine. The article aptly described her music as "gothic new age" which caught my attention. I was further intrigued when I read she was partly inspired by the movie The Dark Crystal which is one of my all time favorites. The album is breathtaking! The songs are beautiful, haunting, and ethereal!!! Priscilla's voice is very lovely and soothing to listen to! Buy it! You won't be sorry! :0)

I have this album and have also met this very talented lady. Her music is both moving and relaxing. She expresses her feelings and her dreams in her lyrics, and her art work is amazing. I feel priviledged to be able to call this wonderful person 'my friend.' I give this album 10/10!! I love her music!
