About the Author

Bruce Frantzis’ books, CDs, and DVDs are unique in their practicality and relevance to modern life. Bruce has been using these liturgies for years at his workshops and I'd always wanted to know more about them. It's difficult to explain the effect of chanting on meditation and energy work, but these create a subtle enhancement to my practice which I really enjoy. A great companion to Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body: Chi Gung for Lifelong Health (Tao of Energy Enhancement).
