Disappointed,

I was very disappointed with this remix. I had anticipated an exploration/expansion of the haunting Survivor theme song. This remix seems to be dance version with a heavy, and monotonous disco beat, in contradiction to the melodic, haunting quality of the original song. The effect is jarring. Each track sounds the same as the one before it. I was extrmely diappointed.

What is this?,

I bought this CD, to hear an expansion and remixes to the Amazing Survivor Theme. I expected something like the new versions recently composed for Africa and Marquesas. Even an original version without the chanting voices. The voices are great, don't take me wrong. What I ended up getting, though, was a sorry remix. Remove all great components of this music, turn up the annoying beat, and you get one of the most disapointing CDs ever made. I hope you don't make the same mistake I or any one else did. Ask Mr. Landau for some new music from Australia, Africa, The Marquesas, and soon, possibly the Amazon!

disappointed too,

I purchased the Survivor EP and was expecting the theme song of the Australian series. I was dissapointed to listen to an extended techno track which bore no resembelence to the theme song. The only relief is that I am not the only one who feels this way.
