This is my 3rd year using this book, At first I found the book confusing because there is such an abundance of ideas, suggestions, some of them not clear to me. This year I pulled out the the words, images that meant the most to me, and came up with ritual that is so beautiful, deeply meaningful and powerful. The author pulls from Celtic, Native American, metaphysical, also shares her personal symbols, philosophy, offering abundance of thoughts, ideas for us choose from as well as stimulate our creative juices. No cookie cutter, one size fits all approach here. A beautiful book, This is a ritual that gets deeper and more beautiful every year. Thank you for such a beautiful book that shares the spirit of the ritual, so hard to put down into words. Christmas had lost its meaning to me, and this book is bringing it back. Such a wonderful way to start the new year. I'm going to continue working with the essence of it during the year, and can't wait to do it again. Highly recommend this book for anyone searching for more meaning in their life.
