Last year I discovered a Christmas cookie recipe on the back of the Andres Peppermint chips. I followed it. My wife loved them. They became a staple for festive occasions. In our small town this year we could not find the product. I searched Amazon of course and found them. Ordered them. The ordering was easy. The delivery on time. Now I am going to get to bake these cookies again for 2010. Thank you.

These Andes pappermint baking chips makes the BEST peppermint fudge! I found them at Aldi's near the fall/holiday baking season.

I found these by accident in a local Dollar Store a couple of Christmas's ago. Made the recipe on the package and everyone loved them, the dough is pretty tasty too! After Christmas I purchased the remaining bags the store had but they never got them back in. Couldn't find them in local stores either. I went online and found them on Amazon, thank you for carrying them. I ordered half a dozen bags to have on hand. Quick service from Amazon.

WONDERFUL PINK PEPPERMINT FUDGE


4 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick of butter
1 can evaporated milk
Mix the above ingredients and cook EXACTLY 5 1/2 minutes
Remove from heat and VERY QUICKLY add
2 pkgs Peppermint Crunch Chips
1 70z jar marshmallow creme
1 teas.vanilla
Stir until smooth and pour into a greased pan. Let cool and Cut into aprox. 1" pieces

Makes great peppermint fudge!
Since the chips are seasonal, stock up for the year! I bought 24 bags!

When we could not find the chips locally, we went on line to search for the chips and ordered. I appreciated the quick turn around. The box arrived just in time for our family's annual Christmas cookie baking extravaganza!!

These beautiful chips are hard to find, even during the holiday season but so worth the extra effort. They are delicious and beautiful. I use them in a scone recipe from Tea Time Magazine and they are always a HUGE hit with everyone. I would like to see them in local stores and year round as well.

My peppermint cheesecakes would not be the same without the peppermint crunch. Love the product. Highly recommend the product and the seller.

These great quality peppermint baking chips look so tempting and festive, I got a few bags to try adding to my holiday cakes.

They are easy to work with and just gorgeous when melted just a bit, then swirled into white frosting (that's how I used them) The possibilities with these tasty and colorful chips are endless.

The same great quality you find in Andes Crème de Menthe, but in baking form and all made right here in The USA.

This product is hard to find in my area. I use these chips to add to bark. People at the church bazaar were looking for this and were disappointed because I couldn't locate the product. Then I realized I should have checked online. This vendor was almost sold out but I managed to get enough bags to get me through 2012 holiday baking season! I am so thankful to have found a vendor who could easily fill the order! I will defintely use them again!
